In regards to weather it isn't always over 90 degrees, it just feels like it when everyone is in a room and events are scheduled during the hottest part of the day. The Palouse has extra special weather, like snow in June, so even though it is more likely to be in the 90s, there are anomalies as we're about 2,500 feet above sea level warm and hot days can be cold nights, even in August.

2008 was the year I remember with the most extremes in weather during Wazzu recruitment. Day before it started the high was 102, with a low of 63. Day three and four the high was 67, pref was 75/42, and Bid Day was 85/44, and it rained with thunder and lightning for the first four days. That was the same summer it snowed in June, and our rush was the week before so we were spared rain but it was in the 90s during the day and 40s at night.
