I'm an Elon alum and welcome to recruitment! Elon's greek life is a great experience. To answer your question about recent years, interest in sorority life has grown. All of the groups prior to KD's colonization last year made or got very close to making qouta. KD did very well during colonization too. A few things to keep in mind:
- Talk to your Pi Chi! They are a great resource and are full of Panhellenic love and are well educated. They want to be there for you.
- Don't rely on stereo-types or tent talk. There are pretty girls, preppy girls, athletes, studious girls, funny girls in every house. If you look around and have good conversations at each party you will find them.
- Keep an open mind! Each house has something great to offer. There might be houses that you like more than others on certain days, and thats completely normal, but treat every day with your invitation list as a new day. These sororities want to see you again. Don't harp on the ones that you get cut from.
