Top 9 have been picked. I'm kind of surprised to see Tri Sigma on there, to be honest. We're not a big NPC and though we were founded in Virginia, I don't think of us as Southern or preppy (i.e. the vibe I get from Lilly Pulitzer clothes). But I guess in terms of number of initiates our inclusion makes sense. Here I made a list of NPC sororities with the highest to lowest number of initiates (as sourced by Wikipedia, obviously not the most reliable data set, but for a rough estimate it works):

Chi Omega- 300,000
Delta Delta Delta- 238,000
Kappa Kappa Gamma- 235,000
Kappa Delta- 230,000

Pi Beta Phi- 230,000
Delta Zeta- 222,000
Alpha Delta Pi- 215,000
Kappa Alpha Theta- 210,000

Alpha Chi Omega- 210,000+
Zeta Tau Alpha- 207,000

Delta Gamma- 178,788
Alpha Phi- 170,000+

Gamma Phi Beta- 170,000
Sigma Kappa- 156,000
Phi Mu- 150,000
Alpha Xi Delta- 150,000
Alpha Omicron Pi

Alpha Gamma Delta- 145,000
Sigma Sigma Sigma- 100,000
Alpha Sigma Alpha- 67,000
Phi Sigma Sigma- 60,000
Delta Phi Epsilon- 55,000
Sigma Delta Tau- 40,000
Theta Phi Alpha- 20,000
Alpha Epsilon Phi
Alpha Sigma Tau

(Bold = sororities with prints already, underlined = in the top 9)

Clearly, the trend seems to be that Lilly is producing their prints to the sororities with the largest number of initiates (i.e. the most potential buyers). If that is the case, Pi Beta Phi, Alpha Chi Omega, and Zeta Tau Alpha will be next if they choose 3. If they choose 6, it will also include Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Kappa, and either Phi Mu or Alpha Xi Delta. That is, if they are going by numbers alone. I am sure the demographic of their typical buyer also comes to mind (i.e. more Southern, preppy audiences) which probably changed the results some.

If this is the case I'm not sure if the smaller NPCs will ever get a print, simply because it might not be profitable enough for Lilly to take them on. After all that being said I am still kind of hoping for a Sigma print, only because I think it would be adorable and something I can wear more as I transition to working adult from college student.
