LOL there is also a scene where the GBM tells Brandi that he heard she called him something in Hawaii and she repeats it to his face. It's pretty funny.
Kim is 47. I don't think being late has anything to do with babies. It's just as dumb as it was with Ramona taking a pregnancy test at 54 on RHONY. Even Kyle asks Kim about menopause.
