We actually have a similar phrase. It's not a motto per se, but it comes from the writings of our Founder, and it is often committed to memory:
This it is to be a man of the highest type. To be and not seem; to do and not simply to talk; to have the right ideal, the true motive and patiently to transform conduct in accordance with it. So let it be for Sinfonia.
But I like your addition of GLO you'd join for the motto. I think I'd have to go with either Kappa Sigma (Bononia Docet -- "Bologna Teaches") or Alpha Sigma Phi (Causa Latet Vis Est Notissima -- "The cause is hidden, the results well-known").
