recs are highly recommended. but it is only one part of a multitude of things. since we have deferred recruitment, PNM has the opportunity to meet sorority women all semester. sign up for recruitment early to get the most out of your experience and also to start meeting with your rho gamma. there's a lot of opportunities to meet sorority women throughout the semester - boulevard, philanthropy events, and we have some panhellenic sponsored events that all chapters attend.
just wanted to throw that out there, because it's very important to get yourself out there and get involved early. fall semester can be considered a whole separate part of recruitment.
