Hey! There is a group on Facebook set up called "Alpha Omega Epsilon Pen Pals" set up to faciltate this type of inter-chapter relations. I was a part of creating it a few years ago when several of us tried to increase interaction between our chapters. It didn't take off too well, but if you'd like to use it I can make you an admin.
