I was thinking that too!!
I was going to say I'm team soft, but then I had store bought soft cookies today and they were AWFUL.
I will say, though, that an exception to this is the
Lofthouse brand sugar cookies. (sorry if they've been mentioned already, just read quickly through the thread).
