Honestly, there are so many differences between the different councils, even the most knowledgable posters around here can't speak to
everything.
I'm basically new here, too, but I do enjoy learning about NPHC/IFC/everything else by reading older threads and asking questions. Still, I'm barely capable of answering NPC questions-though it is my goal to learn all of the rules of NPC recruitment while I'm a collegian.
