Thetas at Nebraska are one of the top houses, and have been for years.
When my parents were at UNL in the mid 70's the Thetas were sorority that even my Independent parents took notice of.
Now a days, they are still a great house...usually they win grades among the sororities and therefore have the highest greek chapter GPA (until this past semester when we betas won it!
), plus they are considered to be in the top 3 in terms of looks.
I have one good friend who is in Theta and she's super awesome: Smart, hot, involved, fun etc. For the most part her sisters are really cool too, particularly the ones that routinely come to our parties.
