What gets me is when the preacher says to lock the doors during offering so no one can leave out. That's taking it way too far! And why is it that I've known a church that has passed around a building fund collection plate for the past twenty odd years and not a dang thing has been rehabbed?! By now you have enough for a cathedral! And worst of all is when the preacher tries to call you out, " Sis. Vanda, please stand up we haven't seen you since this time last year!" Also, what about those preachers that expect you to help them get limos and planes with your donations and all you have is a bus pass?
