Rush. I have had quite a few rush dreams over the past few years. This one was a bit different though. I was on the recruiting side but because of some weird mistake, a few chapters had to switch members. This now meant my sisters and I were now all DZs! Now nothing against DZs (in fact I think it's safe to say those chapters on my campus were similar--were pretty competitive with them in rush) but I made my commitment with Alpha Xi! I was trying to tell everyone that this was against the rules; we've already initiated into AXiD, we cannot be DZs! I remember complaning about the inevitability about having to learn their ritual! LOL
The other rush dream I've had a few times is that I'm actually going trough rush again --even though I'm already in a chapter! I think it comes from the fact that I do have a little bit of curiosity of where I would have ended up if I gave formal recruitment a fair shot. But I know could never be anywhere else but Alpha Xi cause midway through open house I begin to panic and think "what have I done?? How could I abandon my sisters???"
Normal people have school dreams. I have rush dreams. #sgp
