I'm a Kappa at South Carolina, and I'm 20 (turning 21 in January!), my twin is 20 (turning 21 Friday!) and there is another girl in our pledge class (Fall 11) who is 22 and a sophomore. It's possible to get in to a sorority at your age, but it may not be your first choice or the top sorority, and you should still prepare for recruitment, getting recommendations, researching what you really want in a sorority, keeping your internet footprint clean, and everything else they tell the PNMs. South Carolina, for upperclassmen, wasn't as competitive as it was for freshman, since you are competing with other upperclassmen instead of with the freshman, which there are a LOT more of. If you want more advice on SC, feel free to PM me.
