We call these Awesomely Bad Movies - and I put all of the Twilight ones in there, as well as this one 80's Made for TV movie starring Fairuza Balk, Tim Curry and Charlotte Rae called
The Worst Witch. The graphics are AMAZING cheesy. I love it.
