I love pens. Pens are my fave thing to get for any sort of committee/recognition/etc. gift.
Not a fan of certificates. Highly involved people get a lot of those and after awhile, you run out of room for them (even if they're really nice.)
I think I might take Munchkin's folder idea. My apt. runneth over with framed certificates and I'm running out of space.
