iceprincess: I am in the same position as you. I actually contacted the panhellenic rep from my university-to-be and he told me to not go around asking people you don't know for recs. He said that it is against the rules. He also said that if a sorority bids on you and you bid on them, they obviosuly like ya and will try to get a rec for you. I'm trying not to worry about it, what is meant o happen will happen. Just letting you know what I've heard. Hope that it helped even a little bit!
