I'm growing cayenne peppers and giant chile peppers this year for the first time. Do I need to wait until the cayenne peppers turn red to pick them? The picture of the peppers on the little planting insert showed red
and green ones, so I wasn't sure.
Also, there was no picture on my giant chile pepper plant insert. Anyone know if these are green -- or do they change colors also?
I'm growing Hungarian hot peppers also... They're fun to watch. They've gone from yellow to orange to red.
