Except as far as I can tell, that's not what she has said. What she and others have said is that those without
direct, first-hand experience in how NPC orgs work shouldn't be offering advice on how they work. Observation doesn't count as direct, first-hand experience. Seems pretty reasonable to me.
Meanwhile, I'm not a member of an NPHC org. But I think my time on GreekChat has given me a pretty good idea of how members of NPHC orgs would react if someone not NPHC offered advice on joining or starting a chapter of their orgs.
