I totally left my heart back in the 90s. I'm really big on pop/R&B/hip hop from 1985-1995. I like nearly everything except country (and I even have a few exceptions there) so I've got classical, old school R&B, opera/classical voice, gospel and contemporary Christian, rap, etc. I've just recently (in the last couple of years) started getting into Broadway.
ETA: I found this tonight and thought it was a pretty cool fuse of then and now. Shanice ("I Love Your Smile") singing "If I Were a Boy." She starts off super soft (even a little boring) then WHAM out of nowhere kills it.
