The chapters I have been involved with called it I-week or Ritual Week - and, no, unlike many fraternities today, it was not a Hell week for the Associate Members. Similar to what else is posted, it is a week to focus on the upcoming ritual, and we do many activities to get the wheels turning in the associates minds that there is much more to fraternity involvement than just the better-known social side of membership. The week culminates with the initiation Ritual.
