There's only one Halloween color as far as I'm concerned -- black. Anything else should be whatever color it naturally is: orange pumpkins, etc. I'm really not one for Halloween decorations that look like decorations, and definitely no lights (Halloween is about the dark), though I sometimes replace all the lights on the front of the house with things like blue bulbs on Halloween night.
Seriously, for me Halloween should look like this:
