Thank you very much, but speaking only for myself I would be much more comfortable with, "Learned though life experiences." Or possibly, "Gained some wisdom over the years."
Intelligence, in my case, may be slightly better than average, but the more "mature" I become (OK, read that older), the less I'm sure I know.
I greatly appreciate the comment, though.
