This isn't something that I
saw per se, but... I was once on an airline flight where there was a man with a small baby a couple of rows away. This baby's diaper needed changing something fierce, and everyone within 5 rows knew it,
except for her father. Dad had plenty of opportunity to take the baby into the lavatory and change her. Maybe he figured diaper changing was women's work.
(I didn't see any sign of a mother.) So my lucky fellow passengers and I got to breathe the sweet smell for around an hour and a half. At least it wasn't a transcontinental flight
