We too are having a number problem! The problem at our campus though is they are not regulating the cap for the other sororities as npc says it should in the rules. If a house is under quota on a campus they are suppose to lower the quota for the other houses til the struggling house gets its numbers up.
On our campus the other houses are pushing to raise quota even more even though our house has low numbers.
I would love to get a rep. from NPC out to our campus to help us but so far we have been pushed under the rug.
If any of you have some suggestions for getting this rule enforced i would love to hear from you.
