Woman's Who's Who, published in 1914.

I found this while I was looking for something else. I abandoned looking for that and have spent WAY too much time scrolling through this. There are really famous women (such as Jane Addams) and there are women who are well-known to those of us who hang out on Greek Chat -- Sarah Ida Shaw Martin (author of the Sorority Handbook), Emily Butterfield (Alpha Gamma Delta and heraldry expert), and other founders of NPC groups.

There is a preface about women's suffrage -- a major issue at the time. The questionnaire given to all respondents included their position on suffrage: favor or do not favor. And that's included in the biographical sketches.
