I think I heard it was implemented in 2005.
If it were my house I would be be concerned and I do feel bad that something happened where 14 new pledges never got to experience pref night etc. The system worked incredibly well for a lot of the houses,
with a lot of houses exceeding quota dramatically.
But I knew a lot of girls that loved this house and lost it and the part I'm most worried about is that more girls may suicide now which is the wrong message.
I'm not sure if all of them suicided either, some of them may of dropped out.
