I agree 100% with MC and others above.
But, as an FYI to the OP, this is not just on your campus. This is an NPC resolution adopted on October 22, 2010 applying to all campuses (campi?)
When you chose membership into your organization, you agreed to abide by it's rules. Even if you are a local, if you are in your campus Panhellenic, same situation.
