Oh that's bizarre! I see where you see that in the booklet (on p. 19 correct?)
I'm guessing that that was actually just copied and pasted from last year when their used to be 19 chapters in formal recruitment (before Phi Mu closed) and no one caught the mistake. If you look at the formal recruitment website:
http://www.illinoisphc.com/#_p.Recru...%20Information it shows that there is 18 parties for Open House round. The times also match up to 18 rounds and not 19.
However, if you talk to your daughter and hear different, please let me know! (I'm hoping you got to talk to her--looks like according to the schedule in the link above, she should have just finished an hour break!)
