No, you don't HAVE to be a Phi Mu member. You might be
lucky & be invited to affiliate with the chapter. You might not. There are lots and lots of reasons why you might not be invited to affiliate. First figure out whether or not you were actually initiated. Then go forward, hopefully with a much different attitude than you are showing here.
