aka informal recruitment-when a sorority might invite you out to starbucks for a coffee, or to go bowling with them, or over to their house for lunch or dinner, instead of the formal recruitment format.
please look into the colonization of Delta Zeta. i was an advisor for a colony and it was very exciting to be a part of that with the new members. many of those colonists are now advisors for their chapter and feel such a connection to the chapter that they helped to begin. that definitely is an experience that everyone does not get to have!
