And those who wanted his head on a platter were a vocal minority. However, at the time it went down, the condemnation was pretty universal, and that condemnation has basically evaporated - which, to me, seems like the general public has forgiven, or at least forgotten, which is essentially the same thing (in terms of what it means to Michael Vick's life).
