He's talking about a subculture.

When you go around the world not everyone gives a darn about animals. These "animal rights" organizations are a primarily "white diaspora" effort, not because there aren't cultures where animals are a big concern but because such concern often manifests itself differently.

As for Vick being mauled by lions, in my opinion humans trump animals all day and everyday. Animal cruelty (what that means depends on the culture and the context) lessons can be learned without putting humans and animals on the same level. However, there are societies and cultures around the world where animals and humans are on the same level or animals trump humans. Thus, the social construction of all of this.
