Did you tell them it was personal reasons and had nothing to do with them as a sorority or any of the individual members (if that was the case)? If so, then they should hardly hate you.
The only situation I can think where they would hate you for "personal reasons" is if you had a issue with one of the members and other members went out on the line to offer you a bid.
