I am in a bit of a dilema and was wondering if someone could help me out. I rushed a fraternity my freshman year at a pretty small, private college. I was initiated and whatever. However, I recently realized that I could not go back to the small college I was at (financial reasons). I am transfering to a larger university. I was wondering if it is reasonable to rush another Fraternity at the new school I am going to. I am really worried if there is a chapter from my old college at my new one, I will not like it, basically because they might not be the type of people I would call my "brother." My question is that would I be able to go through the rush process again at this new school, or would i pretty much be tied into the fraternity I'm already in, but a completey different chapter. Help me out and if you have questions let me know.
