I think what DeltaBetaBaby meant was that Nationals wouldn't take a chapter's charter away for the sole reason that the girls aren't the "hottest" on campus. IHQs do care about individual chapters, however they don't concern themselves with having the best-looking girls on every campus where they have a chapter. I hope that made sense!
