I wouldn't worry about it really. To put it bluntly, most (not all) fraternities tend to ignore (or at least focus less on) things like activities, grades, etc. that are seen as essential for sorority rush. We didn't even know our rushees GPAs, and I'll be honest, even if we had known I don't think it would have had an effect on our choices. In my experience, fraternity rush is almost 95% about conversations and social skills. The only time I think activities would help you is if you were in something that would be good for bragging rights (a popular varsity sports team, for example).

That being said, some chapters might look at these things more closely. And if you're rushing a colony (or an established chapter where recruitment is being heavily overseen by nationals for whatever reason) then they will be heavily scrutinized, guaranteed. But in my experience your average undergraduate fraternity chapter isn't looking at those things too closely, they are looking first and foremost for fun, outgoing guys who will add to the chapter atmosphere. Not saying this is good or bad, but it's the way it goes.
