I would have to say Outer Sunset: 22nd Ave & Irving is the closest . Just not quite close enough to be Inner. Otherwise I think I meet your criteria! Sadly, the home was sold some time ago. What I wouldn't give to still own that piece of real estate. Best memories are of what we called "Indian Summer" when the fog was gone. Wore summer clothes in Sept/October.
