Your situation is more common than you would think. PH will report to the chapters what the University considers your class standing to be.

And what you are describing is called "upperclass quota." It's not added on to a previous year. Upperclassmen are just not included with freshman quota, giving the older student a better shot at a place. Keep in mind though, that having an upperclass quota does not require the chapters to take those people. It just gives them the opportunity to if they want them. You'll be fine.
