Some brands of polish are "heavier" than others. There are also polishes that are sheer. Those might be a little more comfy for you.

I had a pedi once because boyfriend's wife wanted someone to go with. I went, and it was weird having someone mess with my feet, just... ick, uncomfortable.
I just tend not to put any on anymore, but it's one of the reasons I stopped in high school. Of course I remember wearing like.. chrome and glitter polish so it's not like I was putting on a light top coat either.

I played the piano so that might have been part of it, i don't know if it was all in my head or not, but my hands just feel weird with polish on. And yeah organic chem was a wash, I think I'd stopped by college anyway.
I had no house so I have no real input on this thread
