I think this is what I'm going to do. You're right, number one is hard to keep up and mine didn't have straps so it'd be annoying/awkward to pull it up the entire time.
I have a few more dresses that I'll take with me in case of emergency (mine or someone else's). I'll make sure to be approved by my gamma chi!
