Thank you everyone for your prayers.
They couldn't do what they planned when they opened her up because of how much the cancer had already spread & she wouldn't have been able to survive what needed to be done at that point.
They are planning to send her for chemo I guess.
But my prayers were answered, in that she is still here.
The worst part about all of this is how scared she is and that I can't do anything about that. The sister she was closest to, died of cancer two years ago. The second worst part is that a doctor saw this a few years ago and didn't take the actions necessary to fix the situation. She wasn't even aware of it, but it was noted in her records.
Also, I realized I never updated you all on the status of my brother. His bone tumor is thankfully benign. He will be having it removed soon.
When both of these things showed up at the same time (my little brother & grandma both possibly having cancer), my grandma told me she prayed it was her and not him.
It makes me wonder...because his certainly showed all signs of being malignant...and it was not...
