I would LOVE to oblige
. I know - I am whining needlessly. Having spent many summers in the Southeast - I realize this situation is preferable to incredible heat coupled with killer humidity but sometimes I do miss a real, I need a fan, a pool, and a big glass of sweet tea summer!
My parents lived in a small apartment in downtown Dallas for 4 years (I was born there- Dallas that is - not the apartment), long before AC was common. They moved there in early August. They had one small ceiling fan. My mom still remembers my dad getting up all hours of the night to stick his head in the refridgerator. Not terribly helpful but better than his other solution - sprinkling water on the sheets
