This has nothing to do with their shipping, but I have a question. I ordered the wrong material for my hoodie letters and I realised this and emailed their customer service about 10 minutes after ordering (the FAQ section said it had to be emailed within 12 hours to be changed). Has anyone ever had to change their order, and do you think that the fact that it is a Friday evening will help? (I'm going to guess that there are not people entering orders in right now). Eugh, I should've paid closer attention!!!!
