While the house corp typically ends up buying the house, I know in AOII's situation it was our international properties board that financed the entire undertaking and the local corp then pays them. So, it does indeed impact the colonization prospects at other schools with housing needs. I know all groups don't utilize an inter/national properties board, but I know some do.
