I agree with mgd, anyone can buy the shirts and portray to be something they are not. But why would someone want to do that, if they don't know or understand the meaning or history of those letters, then the letters are meaningless. As an individual, i can't sue or anything like that, but the national headquarters would probably take an interest. You pretty much sue anyone over anything these days. I've never met anyone that i thought was a fake delta. if i thought they were being a perp, i would handle it correctly. but some real members of any organization may not be so civil about it. Like mgd said, i wouldn't want to be that person when they run into some "real" members of that organization.
