Taken advantage of? That phrase is so overly used. It is a vague security statement for girls to use in case the naughty side of them pops out and their sisters come down on them. Its kinda like the whole date rape phenomenom.
i'm going to explain my theory only once, so read carefully and take it how you want. And for all the guys, maybe some of you can relate to this theory.
Taken advantage of/date rape (most cases)= Some guy and girl who in most cases, are extremely wasted, start hooking up and eventually have sex. Keep in mind the girl is much more wasted than the guy in many instances. The next day her friends/ sorority sisters have found out about it and next thing you know her whole house knows. Then you have some gun hoe female rights activists sister telling her it was "date rape" and then a string of her friends start reffering her foul up as "taken advantage of/date rape. The girl, now wanting to polish her tarnished image since she looks like a slut, actually forgets what happened that night and starts believing this crap. About 1/2 of the time the girls press charges if they were actually busted by a sister/friend. Most of the time it was only proof by words of others, so she feels its adequate to just lable it as being taken advantage of/date raped and simply does not have anything to do with the guy again rather than going through the process of pressing charges. Meanwhile, the guy is sweating his ass off thinking he's about to go to jail after having various girls say, "didnt take advantage of/date rape this girl i know?". I say about 1/2 of the claims are fucked up versions of a girl getting crazy after a night of fun and the other 1/2 actually are date rapes.
*NOTE*----This is not always the case however.......depending on the campus many times girls are actually raped. This theory is based on how the females/sororities are at my campus and a few other universities around the state of Florida.
(This theory has come after researching instances at my campus and by talking to many chicks who have been said to have been date raped/ taken advantage of. I'm not saying its greek women that are only like this. I know a few girls that arent greek that have done my theory without knowing that i have already called it out to their friends prior to the incident. )
