Feel horrible for the passenger. I needed to edit. I meant him hitting an innocent.

I don't feel that bad for the passenger, only his family. He's innocent in the sense that he wasn't hurting anyone else. He's not innocent when it comes to his own death. He invited it by getting into a car with a drinking driver.
