Yep girls do dress like this. Even the girls that shouldn't wear stuff like that. But the guys have a name for girls that always come to their house or the bar" frat rats or bar sluts." So it doesn't pay to always dress like that and always be around.
We all carry our purses. I can't imagine going out without my purse.
