Yes, you do. You also need a therapist, and the sense to call your advisor and make an appointment, then go talk to them. Again, your inability to handle things in real life and leave this thread are indicators of some very serious issues.
You said you have friends. Since you obviously have no intention of actually doing anything about your academic career, why don't you call one and find something to DO? Good lord.
