Another reminder that twitttttter is as dumb as facebooooook.
I saw Weiner's interview and couldn't help but laugh. He was trying to be so "legal jargon" and vague that it was apparent that it was he in the photo. The question would just be how the photo got to her--hacker or did Weiner send it.
He kept changing the question from "is it you in the photo" or "how did the photo come into existence" to "how did the photo (regardless of who is in the photo) get to this woman." That's very wise on his legal team's part.
